Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • willingness to learn about insurance products and sales techniques
  • ability to work full-time during office hours

Job Duties
