Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the agency calendar
  • perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
  • assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • collaborate with team members to organize community events and outreach initiatives
  • stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service
