Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
 - answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members
 - manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the agency calendar
 - perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
 - assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline
 - create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials
 - monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
 - collaborate with team members to organize community events and outreach initiatives
 - stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service
