Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Availability to work during standard business hours

Job Duties
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development
