Job Duties

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
Assist in recruiting efforts by screening and qualifying candidates
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with applicants
Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance recruiting skills
Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction
