Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- ability to engage in sales-related conversations
- availability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members

- provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs
- support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
