Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or recruitment
ability to obtain a Personal Lines License
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Dedicated to customer service
able to obtain a Personal Lines License
excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Job Duties

Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
