Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Comfortable with phone and in-person interactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications
- Work as agent assistant
- Check in/out clients
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments and billing inquiries
- Small marketing tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
