Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Proficient in using office software and managing electronic calendars
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company policy
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet management

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests who call or enter the support center
- Provide Spanish translation services when needed
- Direct guests to the appropriate departments ensuring privacy
- Answer all phone calls within three rings and direct or take messages
- Maintain and update the Executive Vice President's calendar
- Manage operations certification and shopper report tracking
- Assist Human Resources with security badge renewals and DART pass enrollments
- Handle general administrative tasks including paperwork, filing, copying, and organizing
- Support orientation setup and office maintenance tasks
- Coordinate package reception and report maintenance or security issues
