Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer or patient facing roles

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments including creating or pulling donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
- Initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
- Support plasma center operations through administrative tasks
