Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs. with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum one year experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use computer systems for record keeping and scheduling
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management team
  • Initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
