Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs. with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum one year experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

- Ability to use computer systems for record keeping and scheduling

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management team
- Initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
