Job Requirements
- Must meet employment requirements following a criminal background check per Minnesota Department of Human Services
- high school diploma preferred
- relevant healthcare experience beneficial
- proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
- ability to perform job duties independently and efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
- strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally
- manage incoming phone calls and visitor inquiries with courtesy
- schedule and communicate resident transportation
- file medical records and copy admission papers
- maintain necessary forms and serve as backup for Health Information Director
- provide administrative support including phone handling, correspondence, supply ordering, and mail processing
- respond to resident account inquiries as needed
