Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and or stand for entire work shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer or patient-facing role preferred

- Basic administrative and filing skills
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through approved procedures
