Job Duties
- Greet the public including residents families vendors and outside staff
- Prepare admissions packets
- Provide customer service and answer incoming calls professionally and record messages
- Prepare and distribute status alerts
- Maintain office files with the Business Office Manager
- Sell meal tickets and special event tickets
- Keep daily census record
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare time cards
- Order office supplies
- Record ancillaries
- Receive and record resident rent payments
- Maintain record of purchase orders
- Keep track of postage
- Monitor lobby and visitors
- Observe and uphold resident rights
- Relate respectfully and cooperatively with the public and residents
- Collaborate with staff from all departments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform other assigned duties
