Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks
  • knowledge of basic billing and account posting preferred
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • willingness to work day shift part-time

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • training in general medical office skills and procedures preferred
  • knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
  • one to two years of experience in ambulatory care or related administrative roles preferred
  • proficiency in telephone and computer operations
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Perform clerical duties including filing and data entry
  • manage reception tasks such as greeting patients and answering phones
  • schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • handle patient financial account functions including basic billing and cashier duties
  • assist in coordinating primary health care services
  • maintain medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
  • collaborate with clinical staff to support patient needs
