Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel
- schedule and confirm service appointments using our computer systems
- manage and organize service department paperwork, including invoices and work orders
- process customer payments and accurately maintain financial records
- communicate with customers to provide status updates on their vehicle and address any inquiries or concerns
- maintain a neat reception area to create a welcoming and presentable atmosphere
- support and assist service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks, as needed
- follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the service department
