Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel
  • schedule and confirm service appointments using our computer systems
  • manage and organize service department paperwork, including invoices and work orders
  • process customer payments and accurately maintain financial records
  • communicate with customers to provide status updates on their vehicle and address any inquiries or concerns
  • maintain a neat reception area to create a welcoming and presentable atmosphere
  • support and assist service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks, as needed
  • follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the service department
