Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in reception, administration, hospitality, or security preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • prior reception, administrative, hospitality, or security experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • proficiency with basic computer applications (email, scheduling tools, visitor management systems)

  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • must pass background screening and any required site-specific training

Job Duties

  • Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • manage the visitor sign-in/sign-out process, issue badges, and follow established access-control procedures
  • answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and support internal communication needs
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • coordinate appointments, meeting room reservations, and visitor logistics as needed
  • monitor lobby activity for safety, security, and policy compliance
  • assist in managing deliveries, mail distribution, and package handling
  • maintain accurate logs, records, and daily activity reports
  • support emergency procedures, including assisting with evacuations or directing visitors during incidents
  • collaborate with security personnel and site management to uphold corporate security standards
