- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus
- 1 year in administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing and document management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and appointments
- Assist in coordinating lunch orders and deliveries
- Assist with processing the onboarding, extension, and termination of contractors
- Create U.S. Invitation Letters for business related visits
- Schedule, assign and track monthly training for security services personnel
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage visitor access and issue security badges as required
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setup
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Create shipping labels for outgoing shipments and arrange pickup
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
