Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
- full-time availability during the period January to April 15, 2026
- minimum three years of customer service and office experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
- knowledge of RightSignature
- ability to handle phone systems and client communications professionally
- strong organizational skills
- effective written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Three years or more of customer service and general office experience
- experience managing phones, filing paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail
- professional appearance, demeanor and communication skills both written and verbal
- moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
- working knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email
- ability to work full-time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines
- strong comfort level with technology and ability to learn new programs
Job Duties
- Oversee the phones and transferring calls
- manage client traffic
- assist with billing, payment processing, accounts receivable
- coordinate shipping and receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and distribute to employees
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area including supplies
- manage office supplies including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks and snacks
- participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments
- collaborate with others on work on projects and tasks outside of their usual assignments
