Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
  • full-time availability during the period January to April 15, 2026
  • minimum three years of customer service and office experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
  • knowledge of RightSignature
  • ability to handle phone systems and client communications professionally
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Three years or more of customer service and general office experience
  • experience managing phones, filing paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail
  • professional appearance, demeanor and communication skills both written and verbal
  • moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
  • working knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email
  • ability to work full-time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines
  • strong comfort level with technology and ability to learn new programs

Job Duties

  • Oversee the phones and transferring calls
  • manage client traffic
  • assist with billing, payment processing, accounts receivable
  • coordinate shipping and receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and distribute to employees
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area including supplies
  • manage office supplies including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks and snacks
  • participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments
  • collaborate with others on work on projects and tasks outside of their usual assignments
