Job Requirements
- Prior work experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
- strong communication skills
- genuine empathy and compassion towards elderly residents
- ability to perform administrative and clerical tasks
- willingness to undergo state-required screening process
- residency within Texas
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality customer service with warmth and professionalism
- answer and transfer calls, take detailed messages, and ensure prompt communication
- distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain
- fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource
- maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort
- work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
