Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude and pride in job performance
  • Excellent verbal written communication multitasking organization attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including Word Excel and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background with successful completion of background checks and drug tests

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish both spoken and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Greet check-in and direct visitors
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Take messages and handle general inquiries
  • Book confirm and manage appointments for staff and clients
  • Answer customer questions and handle issues as they arise
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail data entry filing and photocopying
  • Maintain cleanliness of front desk area
