Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • courses in typing
  • experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
  • familiarity with PC and related software preferred
  • strong telephone etiquette
  • good interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to type and manage correspondence
  • skills in calendaring and filing
  • ability to pass background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen
  • willingness to sign arbitration agreement

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent GED including courses in typing
  • experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
  • experience with PC and related software preferred
  • knowledge of telephone etiquette
  • knowledge of interpersonal communication
  • knowledge of typing formats for correspondence and documents
  • knowledge of calendaring and filing

Job Duties

  • Operates multi-positioned telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and inner-office calls
  • greets visitors, determines their needs, and contacts the proper person
  • answers general questions and gives general information to those visiting or calling the community
  • performs a variety of other clerical duties such as posting data, typing reports, sorting and distributing mail and phone messages
  • schedules and coordinates tele-conference calls
  • sorts and distributes mail and other inter-office materials necessary for facility operations
  • schedules and coordinates room calendars
  • accurately completes assignments according to directions given
  • performs other duties as required
