Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
  • escrow title experience a plus but not required
  • ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • availability to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • must pass onboarding clearances

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • ability to read and interpret safety rules operating instructions and procedure manuals

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors greeting and directing guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Manage incoming calls by identifying the caller’s needs providing accurate information and transferring calls to the correct individual department or business unit
  • Transfer calls to voicemail when necessary and ensure messages are relayed promptly
  • Provide general information about the organization including address directions and department contacts
  • Support onsite visitors by determining the purpose of their visit and notifying the appropriate team members of their arrival
  • Monitor visitor access issue visitor badges maintain sign-in logs and oversee building entry protocols
