Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience working with a frail, elderly population
- minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to explain information accurately and tactfully
- proficient computer skills
- ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
- available to work evenings and/or weekends
- willingness to travel to other sites
- must comply with all pre-employment requirements including I-9, physical, background, and reference checks
- compliance with mandated vaccinations and boosters
Job Qualifications

- good written and verbal communication skills
- verbal ability for accurate and tactful explanation

Job Duties
- Greets people upon arrival
- answers telephones
- routes callers
- provides information to visitors, staff and participants
- responsible for checking in all participants and visitors upon arrival to the Day Center
- assists all visitors and participants by providing guidance and directions
- calls for an escort when necessary
- ongoingly tracks daily attendance and monitors transportation services as appropriate
- schedules appointments as needed
- is knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and makes recommendations to improve service delivery as appropriate
- knowledgeable of PACE eligibility criteria and can speak to interested parties of basic PACE criteria
- assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
- provides assistance to PACE Center Leadership as needed
- interfaces, assists, and acts as liaison between PACE Administration and other departments
- maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards
- participates in educational programs and in-service meetings
- attends meetings as required
- performs other related duties as assigned or requested
