Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with a frail, elderly population
- 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience
- current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR (American Heart Association) certification
- good written and verbal communication skills
- verbal ability for accurate and tactful explanation
- excellent computer skills
- ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
- willingness to work evenings and/or weekends
- able to travel to other sites
- compliance with pre-employment requirements including I-9, physical, background check, reference check, application, orientation and mandated vaccination requirements

Job Duties
- Greet people upon arrival
- answer telephones
- route callers
- provide information to visitors, staff and participants
- check in all participants and visitors upon arrival to the Day Center
- assist visitors and participants by providing guidance and directions
- call for an escort when necessary
- track daily attendance and monitor transportation services as appropriate
- schedule appointments as needed
- be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to service delivery
- understand PACE eligibility criteria and communicate basic PACE criteria to interested parties
- assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
- provide assistance to PACE Center Leadership
- act as liaison between PACE Administration and other departments
