- prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with appointment scheduling software or willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the salon
- manage the flow of guests in and out of the location
- schedule appointments efficiently using scheduling software
- answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- promote and sell waxing services and retail products
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- assist with check-in and check-out processes
