Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience required with on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday
  • Must pass ABM and client background checks
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • One year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Teams, MS Word, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors in a professional global office environment
  • Answer switchboard with excellent listening skills
  • Possess good typing skills and excellent spelling and grammar
  • Use MS Teams, MS Word, Outlook proficiently
  • Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor logs and issuing access badges
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Ensure compliance with ABM and client background checks
