Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years prior work office assistant or customer service-related work required
- Customer service minded with a heart for ministry and mission of Lakepointe Church
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Basic administrative skills such as copier, phone, printers
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment with constant interruption
- Infectious positive attitude, people-oriented, team player
- Bilingual speaker preferable

Job Duties
- Operate main telephone switchboard during regular office hours
- Assist walk-up benevolence cases with scheduling an appointment as needed
- Observe current security protocol and assist guests with sign in and access to the building in a positive and friendly manner
- Efficiently answer all incoming calls, screen, and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Obtain event details and upcoming calendar information to quickly answer questions
- Provide administrative assistance to Lakepointe staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all work activities including calls or information about guests, church members or internal church activity
- Attend monthly all staff meetings and Rockwall Campus staff meeting
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
