Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • attention to detail
  • basic understanding of dealership management systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in using dealership management systems and CRM platforms
  • strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • familiarity with automotive industry terminology is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist with fielding service related calls
  • manage the phones and ensure guests receive necessary help
  • provide day-to-day administrative support
  • maintain general upkeep of the office including filing deal jackets and miscellaneous paperwork
  • perform any other specific duties necessary for the success of the department and dealership
  • prepare, organize, and maintain deal jackets, sales contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • enter, update, and audit sales transactions within the dealership management system and CRM platforms
  • sit for prolonged periods at workstation
