- previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Assist with fielding service related calls
- manage the phones and ensure guests receive necessary help
- provide day-to-day administrative support
- maintain general upkeep of the office including filing deal jackets and miscellaneous paperwork
- perform any other specific duties necessary for the success of the department and dealership
- prepare, organize, and maintain deal jackets, sales contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- enter, update, and audit sales transactions within the dealership management system and CRM platforms
- sit for prolonged periods at workstation
