Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service and clerical experience preferred
- proficient computer skills
- valid driver's license
- passing criminal background check
- ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to perform essential job functions
- ability to comply with HIPAA and safety protocols
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service and clerical duties preferred
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email systems
- positive attitude and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
- valid driver's license in state of residence
- qualifying criminal background check and driving record check
- ability to demonstrate competence in required training areas
- ability to calmly model appropriate behavior in challenging situations
- ability to research to complete tasks if instructions are not provided
Job Duties
- Greet and screen all guests and visitors
- assist guests, families, and visitors with the sign-in and sign-out process
- assist guests, families, and visitors with doors as needed
- answer the phone and respond to general inquiries or transfer calls
- use instructions to alter and create schedules for appointments and visits
- assist the Executive Administrative Assistant with changes in transportation schedules
- enter inquiry calls into Center CRM software
- ensure guests and families receive needed correspondence
- comply with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines
- maintain knowledge of ongoing activities, events, and outings
- communicate professionally
- execute duties reflecting safety standards and universal precautions
- remain alert throughout scheduled shifts
- remain at designated work area unless permitted otherwise
- participate in core training and maintain certifications
- provide crisis intervention and access emergency services as needed
- ensure dignity and respect according to Human Rights Policy
- complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by leadership
- receive, open, sort, and prepare mail
- print marketing materials and assemble folders for tours and assessments
- perform other job duties as assigned
