Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact both in person and on the phone
- master the facility phone system including answering, directing calls, taking messages, and screening calls
- greet visitors, salespeople, families, and prospective residents and direct them to the lobby or appropriate supervisor
- assist the Business Office Coordinator with administrative tasks such as filing, receiving payments, and directing new applicants and hires
- master the screening system for all team members, vendors, and visitors
- perform other office duties as assigned
