Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make independent decisions when necessary and remain calm during emergency situations
- Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
- Greet visitors, residents, family members, and associates warmly on the phone and in-person
- Provide customer service rounds to new admissions and guests
- Interview new admissions within 48 hours
- Pass refreshments room to room
- Document customer service trends
- Assist with backup admissions and marketing
- Work harmoniously with other personnel
- Follow written and verbal directions carefully
