Job Duties

  • Make independent decisions when necessary and remain calm during emergency situations
  • Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
  • Greet visitors, residents, family members, and associates warmly on the phone and in-person
  • Provide customer service rounds to new admissions and guests
  • Interview new admissions within 48 hours
  • Pass refreshments room to room
  • Document customer service trends
  • Assist with backup admissions and marketing
  • Work harmoniously with other personnel
  • Follow written and verbal directions carefully
