Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • ability to interact politely with others
  • proof of covid-19 vaccination or covid-19 vaccination declination
  • willingness to work every weekend 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Job Qualifications

  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in typing and use of office equipment
  • ability to create and edit newsletters
  • professionalism in conduct and appearance

Job Duties

  • Obtain caller's name and arrange for appointments with the person called upon
  • create and edit departmental newsletters
  • interact courteously, tactfully, and politely with managers, co-workers, residents, vendors, or associates
  • direct caller to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon
  • operate PBX telephone console to receive incoming messages
  • type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • issue visitor's pass when required
  • make future appointments and answer inquiries
  • collect and distribute mail and messages
  • perform a variety of clerical duties
