Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum three years of customer service experience
- at least two years of general office or clerical experience
- preferably healthcare or residential treatment setting experience
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong organizational skills

- ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Monitor and manage patient and resident traffic flow during treatment hours
- greet all visitors and ensure proper check-in procedures
- verify visitors against approved lists and notify staff of arrivals
- maintain visitor badging system
- answer front desk phones and route calls
- provide facility tours to potential patients and families
- complete resident documentation accurately and confidentially
- assist with facilitating resident movement and out-on-pass schedules
- update daily census for shift leaders to support operations
- prepare patient transportation packets for shifts
- provide courteous and professional service to ensure patient satisfaction
- assess and escalate complaints or concerns promptly
- perform basic clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing, data entry, and proofreading
- operate office equipment and computers for data entry and correspondence
- provide administrative support to leadership and clinicians
- perform additional duties as assigned
