Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum three years of customer service experience
  • at least two years of general office or clerical experience
  • preferably healthcare or residential treatment setting experience
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Monitor and manage patient and resident traffic flow during treatment hours
  • greet all visitors and ensure proper check-in procedures
  • verify visitors against approved lists and notify staff of arrivals
  • maintain visitor badging system
  • answer front desk phones and route calls
  • provide facility tours to potential patients and families
  • complete resident documentation accurately and confidentially
  • assist with facilitating resident movement and out-on-pass schedules
  • update daily census for shift leaders to support operations
  • prepare patient transportation packets for shifts
  • provide courteous and professional service to ensure patient satisfaction
  • assess and escalate complaints or concerns promptly
  • perform basic clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing, data entry, and proofreading
  • operate office equipment and computers for data entry and correspondence
  • provide administrative support to leadership and clinicians
  • perform additional duties as assigned
