Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • ability to work evening shifts and weekends
  • proficiency in typing and basic computer use
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle sensitive situations with tact
  • willingness to interact with diverse groups of people

  • ability to operate a telephone switchboard
  • basic computer proficiency
  • typing skills

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and residents warmly and professionally
  • answer and direct phone calls using a telephone switchboard
  • perform typing and basic data entry tasks
  • provide assistance and information to residents, family members, and visitors
  • coordinate communication with government agencies and personnel
  • maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • handle inquiries and resolve minor issues tactfully
