Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- ability to work evening shifts and weekends
- proficiency in typing and basic computer use
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle sensitive situations with tact
- willingness to interact with diverse groups of people

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and residents warmly and professionally
- answer and direct phone calls using a telephone switchboard
- perform typing and basic data entry tasks
- provide assistance and information to residents, family members, and visitors
- coordinate communication with government agencies and personnel
- maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- handle inquiries and resolve minor issues tactfully
