Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • no prior experience required
  • willingness to work beyond normal hours including weekends and holidays
  • emotional resilience to handle hostile or upset individuals
  • capable of working in both office and facility-wide environments
  • ability to follow established administrative procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle emotionally charged situations with tact and patience
  • strong organizational skills
  • adaptability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to undergo on-the-job training

Job Duties

  • Professionally greet individuals who are visiting residents and staff
  • record and track individuals who are entering and exiting the building in accordance with established procedures
  • maintain patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm when handling residents, staff and visitors
  • manage administrative duties as directed by the supervisor
  • work cooperatively with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, and government agencies under various conditions
  • provide a positive and secure first point of contact within the facility
  • adhere to organizational policies and procedures during all interactions
