Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
- ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- proficiency in computer usage
- excellent communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work Wednesday to Friday afternoons and every other weekend
- availability for some holiday shifts

Job Duties
- greet and assist senior residents and visitors
- operate a multi-line phone system efficiently
- manage communication with residents' families
- maintain accurate records using computer systems
- coordinate appointment scheduling and resident activities
- provide timely information and support to staff and residents
- adhere to the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures
