- Must be tactful in dealing with residents and visitors
- Must be available for PRN weekday opportunities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including typing and switchboard operation
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, family members, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Operate telephone switchboard and direct calls appropriately
- Perform typing and basic computer tasks accurately
- Handle inquiries from government agencies and the general public tactfully
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups to provide information and support
- Manage weekend shifts and accommodate PRN weekday schedules as needed
