Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, family members, visitors, and government personnel
- Manage telephone switchboard operations
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
- Handle basic typing and computer tasks efficiently
- Coordinate communication between different departments
- Maintain a professional and tactful demeanor in all interactions
- Support weekend operations with some weekday PRN work
