Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to communicate effectively
- customer service skills
- proficiency in operating PBX telephone system
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- adherence to vaccination policy
- capacity to work every other weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties
- Obtain caller's name and arrange for appointment with person called upon
- create and edit departmental newsletters
- interact courteously, tactfully and politely with managers, co-workers, residents, vendors or associates
- direct caller to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon
- operate PBX telephone console to receive incoming messages
- type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- issue visitor's pass when required
- make future appointments and answer inquiries
- collect and distribute mail and messages
- perform variety of clerical duties
