Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • receptionist experience required
  • must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • weekend availability needed
  • flexibility to work PRN (as-needed) shifts
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • greet and direct all authorized visitors and vendors
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures individuals feel appropriately served
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt in a logbook, and notify recipients
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
