- two years experience on a multi-line phone system
- preferably healthcare experience
- combination of education, training, or hospital experience
- may work occasional overtime, weekends, or flexible hours

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors
- answer the switchboard
- document incoming deliveries
- process incoming and outgoing mail
- provide clerical support as requested
- assist with new admissions paperwork during after-hours shifts
- maintain the Receptionist schedule and provide backup as needed
