Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Receptionist experience required
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in senior living preferred
  • Flexible schedule and availability on PRN basis

  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
  • Weekend availability needed
  • PRN (as-needed), flexible schedule required

Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • Greet and direct all authorized visitors and vendors
  • Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel appropriately served
  • Keep difficult situations from escalating
  • Accept delivery packages, document receipt in logbook, and notify recipients
  • Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
