Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Receptionist experience required
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Weekend availability needed
- PRN (as-needed) flexible schedule required

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- Greet and direct all authorized visitors and vendors
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational and individual needs are met
- Prevent escalation of difficult situations
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify recipients
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
