- High school diploma or equivalent
- receptionist experience
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- weekend availability
- flexibility for PRN scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Receptionist experience required
- senior living experience preferred
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- excellent telephone communication skills
- weekend availability needed
- ability to work in a PRN (as-needed) flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- greet and direct all authorized visitors and vendors
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and individual satisfaction
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in logbook, and notify recipients
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
