Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services via telephones, pagers, and radios
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families

- Uphold quality and safety standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Work closely and professionally with hospital staff and visitors
