Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic clerical skills including filing and mail sorting
- Ability to work flexible hours on a PRN/Per Diem basis

- Greeting families and visitors
- Receiving incoming calls and assisting in all inquiries
- Notifying administration of any requests for service
- Addressing customers in a courteous, friendly manner
- Assisting the customers with requests
