Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Willingness to work weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Experience gained through higher education student roles considered
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service experience or aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front-facing presence for the hospital
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
  • Use computers and Microsoft Office applications to assist with administrative duties
  • Work independently and use downtime productively
  • Uphold the hospital’s mission of promoting healing, hope, dignity, and value
