Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Screen visitors to ensure they sign in and wear visitor passes
- provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks
- connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- perform overhead paging
- notify admissions coordinator of requested facility tours
- obtain wheelchairs for patients
- report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area to facilities
- notify nursing of patient gifts arrival
- postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- log all incoming job applications
