Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare setting
- valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- successful completion of BLS and First Aid Training within 30 days of employment
- successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors
- answer multi-line telephone system
- maintain the facility census book
- document incoming deliveries
- provide clerical support as requested
- support administrative functions to ensure office efficiency
