Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrates proficiency in basic computer applications
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications

- or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging systems, radio, or computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain quality and safety standards
- Work closely and professionally with others
- Manage hospital reception area and assist with general administrative tasks
